The estate is now very exciting with plenty of commercial activity. There is the subway station right in the centre of the area. A shopping mall and many side streets for shoppers. Restaurants, food courts dot the area. There are also many amenities for residents - post office, banking offices, boutique shops, eating houses, and more.
